The Hardware Development Assessment helps clarify technical risks, product architecture, test priorities, and a next-phase recommendation in writing. Starting at $1,500, with the assessment scope and fee agreed first. Development and other work are scoped and quoted separately, with deliverables, assumptions, and budget agreed before work begins.
Use evidence to move the product forward.
Mechanical design, electronics, and firmware come together through prototypes and testing. Written and video updates make progress, results, and tradeoffs easy to follow. When a finding affects the plan, we discuss the options and agree any scope or budget change before taking on that work.
Leave with the work and the context.
Review the agreed deliverables, relevant design files, firmware, test findings, and remaining questions together. The next step might be another prototype, more validation, manufacturing preparation, or a pause. Any further work gets its own agreed scope and budget.
